Our Story
Praise Christian Fellowship Novaliches (PCF Novaliches) began as a small gathering of believers who were passionate about authentic worship, life-changing community, and the mission of God. Over the years, God has faithfully grown this church into a vibrant family of more than two hundred active members across its CARE groups.
Rooted in the North Quezon City community of Novaliches, we are committed to being a church that goes beyond Sunday services — one that disciples people into the fullness of what God has called them to be. From our weekly CARE groups to our outreach programs, every activity is designed to help people encounter God and grow in their relationship with Him.
Our Journey
A history of grace
From seven couples in a borrowed room to hundreds strong across Novaliches — twenty years of God’s faithfulness, one story at a time.

2006
The church is born
PCF Novaliches held its first worship service on June 20, 2006 — about eighty people, a couple of guitars, drums, and electric fans against the heat. As Pastor Sandy preached that day, starting right is the easy part; the real prayer was to finish well.

2007
The best is yet to come
“Taste and see that the Lord is good” (Psalm 34:8). One year in, the church celebrated its first anniversary on June 10 at a resort in Nova — about a hundred strong, with children in the pool after a worship service led by Ptr. Loi Gatchalian of PCF Tondo. Five were baptized that day, four of them fresh from the Zambales youth camp. The resort was rented in full — a grand celebration prayed for and provided, funded in part by members selling soap scrap from a Christian factory owner.

2008–2010
A faithful core
From the start, this was a church built on relationships, not crowds. In Pastor Sandy's own words: “For the last four months, I had the time to build my core of seven couples, establish growing relationships with them, teach them how to evangelize and lead care groups, and build the youth group. When we start the worship service, I believe I have a working group I can count on.”

2011–2014
Summers that changed lives
The Zambales youth camp grew from two buses to three — 107 first-timers in a single summer, with 16 baptized in the water.

2014
A generation of leaders
Sixteen college graduates were honored — leaders, not just members. The fruit of years of patient discipleship was beginning to show.

2014
No Pastor Left Alone, No Church Left Behind
Pastor Sandy San Diego and his circle of pastor friends, the “Super Friends,” built a fellowship that crossed church and denominational lines — pastors caring for one another, rejoicing in each other's wins and carrying each other's burdens. Twice a month they met to strengthen one another and share resources for building up Christ's church, believing that while you can walk fast alone, you walk farther walking with a group.

2015
First Campus Ministry
PCF Novaliches planted its very first Campus Ministry at Novaliches High School, led by Pastor Jon San Diego — the seed that would grow into outreach across every school in the area.

2016
Onto the campuses
Building on that first campus at Novaliches High, Campus Ministry expanded across Novaliches — Deparo High, San Bartolome High, AISAT, CSTA, and Bestlink College. Students met Jesus right where they studied.

2017
155 came to Christ
The greatest harvest
Carried by the momentum of campus ministry, 2017 became the church's largest harvest on record — more people making decisions for Christ, being baptized, and joining the family than any year before or since.

2020–2021
The church goes home
When the pandemic closed the doors, worship moved into living rooms. “Simbahay” online services and #SuccessBeginsOnSundays kept the family gathered, screen by screen.

2020–2021
Hands to the community
Faith put on a face mask. Through the Love Your Neighbor food-pack drive, PCF carried relief to families across the neighborhood when they needed it most.

2022–2025
Rebuilt and growing
Doors reopened and the family came home — and kept growing. Today PCF Novaliches is more than two hundred active members strong across its CARE networks.

2026
20 years of grace
Two decades in, the mission is unchanged: Honor God, Love People, Make Disciples — and a new generation is just beginning its story.
Our Mission
“To worship God wholeheartedly, make disciples intentionally, and transform our community through the power of the Gospel.”
